Storyteller and Teaching Artist, Oni Lasana -- hailed by Nikki Giovanni as the “Voice of Dunbar'' -- will guide you in adding his inclusive and diverse works in your repertoire. Anyone who attends this workshop will be eligible to present for the virtual performance on June 11, 2022.
Choose at least one of Dunbar's works BEFORE the workshop - Oni Lasana has a page dedicated to Dunbar. Plus, she has a direct link to the Dunbar literary collection at Wright State University.
