Theme: What is TRUE: Tales of Transformation & Power

In this lively and provocative house concert, Karla will share personal stories about what she THOUGHT was true and later found was false and then will share both folktale and personal tales illustrating transformative truths on which to guide a life. The concert will be spiced with song and audience involvement.

Before turning to freelance storytelling and drama specialist work, Karla spent over 20 years on the faculties of four universities teaching drama education, public speaking, interpersonal communication and storytelling. In her storytelling performances, she creates and sings original songs, plays guitar, autoharp, washboard, djembe (West African drum), and any number of techniques.
