The Story Behind the Story of "I Be A Witch"

Come learn the story that inspired the film “I Be a Witch," now being screened at the Utah Film Festival and the Zion’s Film Festival. Join Lori and Omar Hansen as well as Matthew and Cherie Julander as they recount the journey this film has taken: from Lori’s one-woman storytelling show to Cherie’s screenplay adaptation of it. Both Lori and Cherie are descendants of Ann (a story in itself), and this was a labor of love for them. “I Be a Witch” is a testament to the power of story.

The film can be seen on March 1, 8:30pm, at the Scera Theatre in Orem as part of the Zion’s Indie Film Festival.
