  Tales from The Legend Heir

  What happens when a lifetime of stories meets a master storyteller? Discover why David Bullock has been known as "The Legend Heir" for more than 40 years in an unforgettable evening of personal and ancestral tales. He served as a Utah Storytelling Guild chapter president and helped the Guild obtain its 501(c)(3) status during his service as Guild Treasurer/Secretary. He will share personal and ancestral stories guaranteed to bring wonder to your imagination, laughter to your soul, and perhaps a lump in your throat.

  Enjoy a place of wonder and awe as your youth learn the art of storytelling from experts Nannette Guest Watts and Cassie Ashton. Youth get to “play” with the story and look at stories in another perspective. Re-thinking is what a storyteller does all the time. Youth get to practice and perform and work through the stumbles and stutters. Stage presence and delivery top off the experience.
  

  We limit to 20 youth aged 8-17 with 10+ spots reserved for Salt Lake City, Utah residents. The costs associated with this are covered thanks to the generous funding of the Salt Lake City Arts Council as well as the Zoo, Arts & Parks of Salt Lake County.
